A: You receive up to 20 professionally edited photos of your project — wide shots, close-ups, materials and the key areas that highlight the quality of your work.
 We shoot for up to 2 hours on-site, focusing strictly on the property in its current state.
To keep everything transparent, here’s how the selection works:
Our team always takes more than 20 photos during your shoot.
You will receive a private gallery containing all the unedited photos in small resolution, so you can review everything clearly.
From that gallery, you choose the 20 photos included in your package.
If you want more than 20 photos edited, you can select additional images for an extra charge.
This way, you have full control over the final selection, and you only pay for the edits you truly need.

What about the “20 photos & video” package?

A: You get the same 20 edited photos plus a short highlight video of your project — perfect for your website, ads or social media.
You can choose the format you prefer:
Landscape (ideal for YouTube, websites, presentations)

How long does a typical shoot take on site?

 If your space is larger or you believe there’s more to capture, we recommend contacting our team first so we can guide you on the best option.

Do you shoot while the team is working or only on finished projects?

A: We can do both. Most builders prefer completed projects for clean, polished visuals, but we’re also happy to capture work-in-progress if you want to show your process, craftsmanship and team in action.
 Our goal is to highlight the real quality of your work, whether it’s a finished build or an ongoing project.

How should I prepare the site before the photos?

A: For the best results, we recommend having the site as tidy as possible — tools organised, surfaces cleaned, and no rubbish bags, packaging or leftover materials around.

What’s the turnaround time for receiving my photos?

A: Our standard turnaround is 1–5 working days, depending on your selection and project size.
 If you prefer our team to select the best photos for you, delivery is usually faster. If you want to choose the photos yourself, the countdown begins once we receive your final selection.
